Location: Sandy River Plantation, Maine

Eligibility: Children with limb loss or limb difference and their families

Camp Date: February 27 - March 1, 2026

Program Partner: Camp No Limits partners with Maine Adaptive for sNOw Limits. Maine Adaptive provides, at no cost to individuals with limb loss or limb difference; lift tickets, adaptive skiing or snowboarding equipment, outdoor wear, and trained volunteer instructors who provide high quality lessons.

Participant Info

Lodging: New in 2026, Camp No Limits will offer group-style accessible lodging approximately 20 minutes from Saddleback Mountain. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.

Meals: Families will be on their own for some of the meals during this camp.

Program Fee: $500 per person. Children 3 and under do not have a program fee. (Camp No Limits program fee scholarships are available).

Transportation: Families are responsible for transportation to and from camp.

     Portland International Jetport - 81 miles to camp

     Bangor International Airport - 70 miles to camp

     Boston Logan International Jetport - 182 miles to camp

     Manchester-Boston Regional Airport - 175 miles to camp

Description

Camp sNOw Limits takes place at Saddleback, with Maine Adaptive staff and volunteers providing top-quality equipment and lessons for skiing or snowboarding. All necessary gear is included for campers and mentors, and Maine Adaptive provides instruction at no cost. Camp No Limits covers lift tickets. Whether trying a new sport or building on existing skills, this is a great opportunity to hit the slopes! Evening programming, led by Camp No Limits and Maine Adaptive, includes wheelchair and stand-up pickleball, arts & crafts, group games, and storytelling.

Requirements for attendance

Complete all Maine Adaptive’s required paperwork including; application, physician statement and release form - this needs to be completed by the camper prior to the start of camp.
